Cancellation of Mercantile Bank Limited as an Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange

The appointment of Mercantile Bank Limited as an Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange (Authorised Dealer) has been cancelled with immediate effect.

The name of Mercantile Bank Limited will be removed from the list of Authorised Dealers in sections A.2(A) and A.2(B) of the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers and Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers in foreign exchange with limited authority (Manuals), respectively, as well as in the guideline documents for business entities and individuals (guideline documents).
